Opening hours
The site is open for families and friends during daylight hours, every day of the year. The car park is accessed via a gate with a combination number that is given out to pre-reserved plot owners and family of the deceased.
Other visitors, and those interested in looking around the site, can make an appointment by calling 01789 400203 or emailing info@alnewoodpark.co.uk. Appointments are usually offered between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, but weekends and evenings may be available with prior notice.
Location
Alne Wood Park is located in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, near the Worcestershire border between Redditch and Stratford-upon-Avon. It is only 21 miles from Birmingham city centre and is within a one-hour drive of Cheltenham, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Warwick and Worcester.

Site Access
As you drive into the Alne Wood Park site you will see a large parking area for visitors. All cars should be parked here and the burial site accessed on foot.
For anyone who may have difficulty walking up to the burial ground we can allow access for vehicles to ascend the slope. Please contact us to discuss your needs if you are concerned about access.
Alne Wood Park is a natural environment consequently the terrain can be uneven, depending on the recent weather the ground can also be muddy. As such we’d recommend suitable footwear, in dry conditions flat shoes or trainers may suffice, however if it’s recently been wet then Wellington boots or walking boots may be more suitable.
Alne Wood Park's excellent views mean that it is open to the elements, so if the forecast indicates the possibility for bad weather please wear appropriate clothing and consider bringing an umbrella as there is no shelter up on the burial ground.
Please note that Alne Wood Park does not currently have any toilet facilities onsite.
